Reporting Confidentially (disclosing your identity)
Your identity will be known by those involved in managing and investigating your concerns, but this will remain confidential. Reporting confidentially helps make the investigation process more efficient as it enables NatWest Group investigators to gather further information if needed and engage with you directly via your preferred method of contact. Unless required by law, your identity, or any other information from which your identity could be deduced, will only be disclosed to others (e.g. the subject of your concerns and/or your line manager) with your consent.
Reporting Anonymously
If you decide to remain anonymous, it could limit the extent and scope of any investigation as we may be unable to gather further information from you about your concerns. We will also be unable to engage with you by telephone or email, therefore you will need to regularly check for feedback via the NAVEX reporting channels.
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns through Speak Up and being purpose led by doing the right thing. NatWest Group treats whistleblowing seriously. We will consider every concern reported and will confirm receipt via this portal or directly, depending on your preferred method of communication, within 5 working days.
