What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?
Because of the high level of security that is maintained, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new submission that it is related to a report you previously filed.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key”. Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check for feedback or questions.
