To follow up on an existing report, log in by entering the Report Key provided to you and the password you created when you initially submitted your report.
Once logged in, you can communicate with us and provide additional information as required.

What should I do if I lose my Report Key or forget the password I created?
Because of the high level of security that is maintained, if you lose your Report Key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new submission that it is related to a concern you previously filed and provide as much information as possible relating to the previous report.
