Further information can be found on the Speak Up site, accessible via A-Z on Group Interchange. This includes guidance for colleagues and line managers.
If you can’t access the Speak Up site, you may find the following resources helpful:
You can also contact Group Conduct Investigations by emailing SpeakUp@lloydsbanking.com if you have any questions.
How you will be supported:
The Group has a responsibility to both the person reporting a concern and the colleague who is subject of the concern. Both will be treated fairly as the facts are established. Retaliation against anyone who reports their concerns, or anyone else who helps with an investigation, will not be tolerated. The harassment, victimisation of, or discrimination against any individual raising a concern (or any attempt made to identify them) will be treated as a serious matter and may be subject to disciplinary action.
If at any point (even after an investigation has concluded) you believe that you have suffered any form of harmful treatment as a result of raising a concern or helping with an investigation, you should report this to Group Conduct Investigations via SpeakUp@lloydsbanking.com.
Further Support:
If you are not sure what to do or would like external confidential advice, or independent legal advice, you can contact Protect, the UK’s Whistleblowing Charity. You do not have to be in the UK and interpreters are available.
Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides permanent colleagues with free confidential support and advice on a range of issues, including physical health, mental health support and financial wellbeing. Our EAP is provided by Health Hero. The helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via Freephone as well as online from work or home:
0800 9700 100
The Bank Workers’ Charity is also available to support current and former colleagues, including contractors and those employed via an agency.
