WHAT IF I REMEMBER SOMETHING IMPORTANT ABOUT THE INCIDENT AFTER I HAVE FILED THE REPORT? HOW CAN I GET FEEDBACK ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF THE ASSESSMENT OF MY REPORT?

If you file a report via Open Line, you will be given a report key and are asked to create a password. You can return to Open Line either via the website or you can call the phone number to add more details to your report or to retrieve feedback regarding the outcome of the assessment of my report. All correspondence is held in the same strict confidence as the initial report.

WHAT IF I HAVE LOST MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?

The user name and the password are unique and cannot be recovered for security and confidentiality purposes. If you have lost them you are advised to create a new case mentioning that it is related to a previous one.

Open Line is NOT an emergency service. This is not the place to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property and we may not be able to reply immediately. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your public emergency services.
