What is IAG Speak Up?
The IAG Speak Up system is a confidential reporting channel through which you can raise concerns about potential misconduct, unethical behaviour or violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies. It is available to anyone who works for or on behalf of IAG or its operating companies or subsidiaries. It is also available to anyone with whom IAG has or has had some type of business relationship, such as suppliers, agents, shareholders, or business partners.
Who runs IAG Speak Up?
The IAG Speak Up system is provided by an independent company (NAVEX), is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can take calls in different languages. Speak Up allows anonymous reporting where this is permitted by local law.
Are the concerns raised on IAG Speak Up secure and confidential?
International Airlines Group uses the NAVEX solution to support the administration of Speak Up. This solution is hosted on NAVEX's secure servers and is not part of International Airlines Group’s website or intranet. Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible consistent with the law and good business practices.
What happens after I make a report using IAG Speak Up?
Once you have reported a concern by phone or web, you will receive a report key and password, it's essential that you note down securely. These can be used to track your submission. A notification will be sent to our dedicated Ethics and Compliance team, who will determine the appropriate next steps. If an investigation is required, it will be conducted fairly and impartially.
What is International Airlines Group's stance on retaliation?
International Airlines Group strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Our commitment against retaliation is outlined in our Code of Conduct and Speak Up policy. Any report of retaliation will be thoroughly investigated.
