Our Commitment
At QBE we strive to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where people feel safe to speak up.
Our QBE Ethics Hotline is a specialist third-party reporting service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It provides you with the ability to raise genuine concerns about actual or suspected wrongdoing within our organisation or workplace in a confidential manner. The Ethics Hotline also enables you to communicate confidentially with the QBE individual managing your submission.
As part of our culture, we want to encourage you to use the Ethics Hotline to report any such wrongdoing. We understand it's not always easy to speak up, but we are committed to supporting those who do.
Every submission will be reviewed, assessed and the most appropriate response determined. If investigated and concerns are found to be substantiated, appropriate action will be taken.
You can also submit a confidential ‘General query or ask for guidance’ if you are unsure as to whether you should be raising a particular concern using Ethics Hotline.
See the Ethics Hotline FAQs for more information.
