Follow Up on an Existing Report
It is important to follow up on questions or concerns submitted to Astemo Group Compliance Hotline. This allows you to retrieve questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by Investigations team. To follow up on an existing question or concern, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your question or concern.
What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?
Because of the high-security level, you will need to file a new report if you lose your report key or password.
Mention in the new submission that it is related to a concern you previously filed and include as much information as possible relating to the previous report.
