What happens after I contact Trust Line?
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. Use your Report Key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Reports received via the Trust Line will be passed to authorized persons within the TÜV NORD GROUP, who will ensure they are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. You will be asked to provide your identity to enable your query or concern to be handled most effectively, but anonymous reports will be accepted.
