We only ask for the minimum required information and anonymous reporting is possible. However, better results might be achieved if you provide your contact information. Selecting the proper country is required to ensure we comply with specific country data privacy laws and for routing the case to the appropriate investigative function. It is in no way meant to identify the individual reporting.


This platform is not intended for:

  • Reporting adverse events or medical side effects related to our products. Please use our Adverse Event Reporting channel for such cases.
  • Submitting customer service complaints or general enquiries.
  • Reporting IT security incidents (e.g., hacking, data breaches).
    • If you are a third-party partner or supplier, please contact your designated Sandoz representative immediately.
    • If you are a Sandoz employee, please use the internal IT incident reporting process available via the company intranet.
