Purpose of the Ethics Line

What is the Ethics Line?

The ITP Aero Group Ethics Line is a service provided by the company for anyone (employees, customers, suppliers or members of the public) to ask questions and report allegations about ethical issues, or to follow up on those already raised.

Who manages the Ethics Line?

The Ethics Line is managed through EthicsPoint, an independent platform managed by NAVEX, who are responsible for receiving your Ethics Line questions and allegations. This gives employees and third parties connected to the ITP Aero Group the security of knowing that their questions or allegations will be treated in the strictest confidence.

All questions and allegations are handled directly by the Ethics Line managers.

Why do we have an Ethics Line?

At ITP Aero Group we are committed to creating and maintaining an environment where you can ask questions and report allegations about business ethics without fear of retaliation.

Tips and best practices

I am aware that some people are involved in unethical conduct, but it does not affect me directly. Why should I bother to report it?

At ITP Aero Group we have a responsibility to ensure that ethical standards are upheld. Therefore, if you observe behaviour that you believe may be in breach of our Code of Conduct, our policies, applicable laws or regulations, you should report it immediately.

What if my manager or another manager is involved in a violation, won't they receive a copy of the report and cover their own backs?

Only EthicsLine managers have access to these reports.

The EthicsPoint system and its distribution protocols are designed so that those named in the report do not receive any notification or have access to it.

What if I remember something important about the incident after I make the report? Or, what if the company has more questions for me about the report?

You can return to the EthicsPoint page, either via the website, the intranet or QR code, and access your original report with your password and report key to add more information or answer questions posed by an Ethics Line managers.

Are these follow up reports as secure as the first steps?

No. All access through EthicsPoint is kept under the same strict level of confidentiality as the first report, always preserving the anonymity of the whistleblower.

Can I report if I do not have access to the Internet?

No. If you do not have access to the internet, the only available option would be by telephone.
