Raising Concerns
If you see or suspect any unlawful or unethical behavior, actual or suspected violation of the COBE, or any possible violation of our policies or procedures, or any other conduct that is unprofessional, inappropriate, and unethical or conflicts with a general understanding of what is right and wrong, you need to speak up.
All concerns reported will be handled promptly and confidentially. You have the option of remaining anonymous or disclosing your identity.
All reasonable efforts are taken to keep the information relating to a reported violation confidential except in case of any regulatory / judicial requirement of disclosure and will be shared on a need-to-know basis.
To get started, we need some basic information from you:
Note: After you raise the concern, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3 business days, use your report key and password to check your concern for feedback or questions. You will need your report key and the password to check on your concern in the future or for a follow-up.
