Raising Concerns
To get started, we need some basic information from you:

Interpreter Availability
Extended wait times may be experienced for some languages. If an interpreter cannot be obtained, you will be given the option to raise your concern in English. As an alternative, you can also submit your concern online by clicking on the “Raise a Concern Online” section.
After you complete your concern you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3 business days, use your report key and password to check your concern for feedback or questions. You will need your report key and the password to check on your concern in the future or to make a follow-up.
