Speak Up – Your voice matters
A personal message from Russ Askew, Head of Fraud, Central Fraud Team at evoke.
“As Head of Fraud at evoke, I want to thank you for taking the first step in considering speaking up. At evoke integrity is at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to fostering an environment where open and honest communication is the norm—not the exception. This means we actively promote a culture where employees are encouraged and supported to Speak Up.
Every concern raised will be carefully assessed by either myself or a senior member of the Central Fraud Team. You can be confident that any wrongdoing reported under the Group’s Whistleblowing Policy will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. All our investigators are independent and hold professional accreditations, ensuring objectivity and integrity throughout the process. If you’d prefer, you are welcome to contact me directly or speak in confidence with any member of my team to discuss your concerns.
My contact details are: Mobile (+44) 7976 266415. Email: Russell.askew@evokeplc.com”.
Evoke’s speak up service is provided by Navex, and it enables individuals to raise concerns or suspicions in confidence (and anonymously if preferred) when they witness or suspect fraud, bribery, corruption or any form of unethical behaviour has happened or is happening in the business.
To help us investigate concerns effectively, please include as much detail as possible, including:
In situations where you prefer to submit an anonymous report in confidence, the information that you provide will be sent to us by Navex on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5–6 working days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Together, we can uphold the values that define evoke and ensure a safe, ethical workplace for all.
Personal concerns or grievances that relate specifically to your individual employment situation—such as issues with your role, working conditions, or relationships at work—should be raised through the appropriate internal channels. These include your line manager, your HR Business Partner, or the HR team. Such matters are not covered by the Group’s Whistleblowing Policy and should not be reported via this whistleblowing platform.
