Smurfit Kappa aims to encourage openness and we will support employees who raise concerns, even if they turn out to be unfounded. We will under no circumstances tolerate retaliation against anyone who speaks up in good faith about behavior that does not follow the Ethics & Compliance Guide or the law. This includes concerns about any observed, or suspected, illegal or unethical behavior, or code-related policy violations.
