It is important to follow up concerns submitted to Trust Line. This allows you to retrieve questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by the Ethics and Compliance team. To follow up on an existing concern, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your question or concern
To ensure that security that is maintained for all submitted cases, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously submitted.
