Follow up on a submitted concern/question with the Report Key and your password
It is important to follow up concerns and questions submitted to the KARL STORZ Compliance Hotline. This allows you to retrieve questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by the company. To follow up on an existing concern or question, please enter the Report Key provided to you and the password you created when you initially submitted your question/concern.

What should I do if I lose my Report Key or forget the password I created?
To ensure that security is maintained for all submitted cases, if you lose your Report Key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously submitted.
