CGG is committed to conducting its business in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and our Code of Business Conduct.

CGG encourages a culture of trust and honest communication where inappropriate behavior is not tolerated and where doing the right thing also means reporting violations and/or concerns.

If the event you have a violation or concern to report, you can discuss with your Line Management, your Human Resource Representative, your internal Legal Counsel, your Country Manager, the VP Group Compliance Officer and/or with any member of the Ethics Committee.

CGG also encourages you to use the EthicsPoint Hotline, hosted by NAVEX Global, an independent specialized third party service provider.

Via EthicsPoint Hotline, you have the possibility to file a confidential and anonymous (if you choose so and if permissible by the applicable legal regulation(s)) report via the internet to alert CGG on a concern and/or alleged violation in relation with the Code of Business Conduct.

EthicsPoint Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Reports received and registered with EthicsPoint Hotline will be transferred to the CGG Ethics Committee. At all times, the exchanges will remain confidential and anonymous (if you choose so and if permissible by the applicable legal regulation(s)).

All alerts will be managed diligently, on a confidential basis and in conformity with all applicable laws.
