After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
To ensure that Pandora continues to be a great place to work, fostering a safe, transparent, inclusive and respectful environment is key for everyone. That is why the Whistleblower Hotline provides a confidential, safe and anonymous reporting line to report any situation that is inappropriate or illegal. With the hotline, you can quickly and easily report concerns about actual or suspected misconduct to help protect Pandora’s integrity; caring about each other, our customers and the planet we all share.
You can choose to remain strictly anonymous, however we encourage you to provide your name in the report. Regardless of whether you share your identity or not, you will be given a report key where you will be able to communicate in a confidential and secure way. Most cases are best resolved with some clarification questions from the investigating officer.
Please provide as much information as you can, including uploading files and copies of documents where possible.
At Pandora, we investigate every report confidentially and take appropriate action to address the issue, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reporting your concerns through our Whistleblower Hotline helps us create a culture of transparency and trust. As part of our Code of Conduct, whistleblowers will experience no retaliation or other negative repercussions from their decision to speak up and keep Pandora safe.
The hotline is hosted by a third party called EthicsPoint, and can be used by all employees (as well as former and coming employees as well as paid or voluntary), shareholders, business partners, suppliers, customers and any affected community. You can choose to make your reporting in writing or orally.
If you are a Pandora employee and you believe that laws, codes or policies are being violated you may consider addressing your concerns with your manager, your manager’s manager or Group Internal Audit, HR, Legal, Global Compliance or Sustainability. You are also invited to consult our Good Business Conduct Policy found above and on Infora.
Suppliers, agents, business partners and other third parties or Pandora are asked to consult the Code of Conduct for business partners. Any retaliation against people who in good faith raise an issue is a violation of Pandora Code of Conduct. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
