After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 4-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

If you select “Yes”, your report will initially be reviewed by a member of the Corporate Center Triage Committee before being sent to the respective Regional or Local Triage Committee in your country or Business Unit for further evaluation and investigation as necessary. In some instances, however, the report may instead be sent to the full Corporate Center Triage Committee* or the Group Triage Committee** for evaluation and determining next steps, subject to local laws and regulations.

If you select “No”, and your report does not involve a Group ExCo member, Country CEO or Key Risk Taker, your report will be handled by the respective Regional or Local Triage Committee, but may still need to be shared with, or handled by, the Group based on the allegations, subject to local laws and regulations.

* For example, if there would be a conflict of interest with the matter being handled locally or regionally or if a significant Group issue is raised.

** Matters involving a Group ExCo member, Country CEO or Key Risk Taker will in all instances be forwarded to the Group Triage Committee for evaluation, and determining next steps, subject to local laws and regulations.

In those jurisdictions that have not yet established their Triage Committee, the local or regional Legal and/or Compliance teams will undertake the evaluation of the report.
