Welcome to the Zurich Ethics Line (ZEL)

At Zurich, we are committed to fostering a ‘Speak Up’ culture across the organization; a culture marked by an inclusive workplace where employees feel a sense of belonging, are free to express their views and opinions without fear of retaliation, and confident that their voices will be heard. Employees and other stakeholders are encouraged to speak up promptly and report alleged wrongdoing or suspected or actual illegal, fraudulent, improper or unethical conduct.

The Zurich Ethics Line allows you to report Integrity Concerns either via telephone or online via a web form, and to do so anonymously if you choose. The Zurich Ethics Line is operated by NAVEX - an unaffiliated, third-party service provider, with servers located in the European Union - and is maintained by Group Compliance. NAVEX is instructed by Zurich to document all reports received and direct them to the appropriate Triage Committee for review in accordance with the confidentiality obligations under our policies. Please note that the Zurich Ethics Line should not be used in place of contacting local authorities for emergency situations.

Reports to the Zurich Ethics Line will be treated confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation. Anyone who believes they are a victim of retaliation should immediately reach out to Compliance or Human Resources or make a report here in the Zurich Ethics Line or through any of the available channels.
