To Make a Report Online
To Make a Report By Phone
You can make a report online or by phone by selecting either option above. Please note that the online reporting is available in English only. If you need a translator, please make a report by phone and select the option to request a translator. If you make a report by phone you will be connected to an independent Toll Disclosure Hotline operator who will ask you some questions to record details of the suspected improper conduct.
Please note that not all countries in which Toll operates will have a phone hotline available. If you cannot find your country in the "To Make a Report by Phone" list, please submit your report online.
This service can be anonymous, however we encourage you to reveal your identify as this will assist Toll in investigating your concern and ensuring your identity can be protected. If you choose not to reveal your identify you do not need to tell the Hotline operator and there is also a section in the web report where you can select to remain anonymous. Once the Hotline operator has taken your call, a report will be forwarded to a specialist who will review and assess the information you have provided regarding the suspected improper conduct.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
