Extended wait times may be experienced for some languages. If an interpreter cannot be obtained, you will be given the option to report your concern in English. As an alternative, you can also submit your report online by clicking on the “Report a Concern Online” section.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. You will need your report key and the password you selected to check on your report in the future or to make a follow-up.
