About the Yamana Integrity Helpline

Yamana is committed to conducting business in accordance with the letter and spirit of the law and the high standards of ethical business conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct and internal policies. In today’s climate, the standards and expectations for responsible business conduct are more demanding than ever. This channel of communication is a way for anyone associated with Yamana as an employee, vendor, independent contract worker or other external stakeholder to raise any serious grievances they may have about our company or the way we conduct business. It is always available, but is especially useful if you feel uncomfortable using another channel of communication or other channels have proven ineffective in resolving an issue.

Yamana will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation, even if the allegation ultimately is not substantiated. Appropriate measures are taken to prevent retaliation.
