								Use this system only for issues under the Schneider Electric Whistleblowing Policy related to potential violations of the Trust Charter, our policies, or the law. 
								Reportable:
								
									- Fraud & Business Misconduct: bribery, corruption, fraud, asset theft, conflicts of interest, insider trading, money laundering, sanctions violations, or deliberate breaches of financial/legal rules.
- HR & Workplace Violation: harassment (including sexual harassment), discrimination, retaliation, unsafe working conditions, or breaches of labor/human rights law.
- Other Critical Risks: environmental damage, product safety failures, or ethical issues harming our reputation or stakeholders.
Do NOT use this system for routine HR issues (e.g., performance feedback, interpersonal conflicts) or personal disagreements unrelated to policies/laws – please contact your HR Business Partner or manager instead.
