3. What can be reported?

The Trust Line is designed to report any violation of laws and regulations or the Trust Charter, Schneider Electric’s Code of Conduct and related policies. 4. How does it work?

Concerns are reported either through the intake form available on this website or via phone call through the hotline. You can find the hotline number relevant to your location by clicking on report by phone then selecting your country of residence. Schneider Electric Group Compliance Team is notified of all reports. Unless they are themselves targeted by the report, the relevant Regional Compliance Officer is assigned to investigate the report automatically. They will perform a preliminary analysis of the report’s validity according to Schneider Electric Whistleblowing Policy. If the report is deemed valid, an investigation will be conducted in accordance with local regulations and company practices.

5. Are reports to the Trust Line secure and confidential?

Reports are stored directly on NAVEX secure servers to prevent any possible breach in security. The Group Compliance Team makes these reports available only to certain high-level executives, compliance officers, and investigators within the company on a “need to know” basis.

6. Am I protected against retaliation if I report a concern?

Schneider Electric strictly forbids retaliation against employees for submitting a concern in good faith. Concerns made in good faith will not expose you to any sanctions, regardless of whether the underlying facts prove to be correct or result in any corrective action. If you believe you have been subjected to retaliation for having reported a concern, please contact your Regional Compliance Officer or submit a concern through the Trust Line.

7. How can I check the status of my concern?

You may check the status of the investigation and communicate anonymously with the investigation team by clicking on follow up. You will need to provide the report key shared with you and the password you configured at the time you reported your concern.

8. What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

For confidentiality reasons, neither NAVEX nor Schneider Electric store or record your credentials. Therefore, there is no possibility to communicate your credentials or to reset your password.
