After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The Compliance Action Line is administered by an independent company that specializes in confidential compliance inquiries. If you wish, you may contact the Compliance Action Line anonymously.
Fresenius Kabi policy strictly forbids retaliation against any employee for reporting a suspected violation, whether through the Compliance Action Line or otherwise. Please be assured that your questions and concerns will be heard and addressed in an appropriate manner.
