In DeepOcean we value the safety and respect of everyone affected by our business. We rely upon our employees and external third parties that interact with us to ensure we are upholding the highest ethical standards and adhering to our company policies. We encourage to raise any concerns about unethical or illegal behaviour and to report suspected wrongdoing.
We want our employees to feel empowered to speak up without fear of reprisal. Most concerns can be resolved in dialogue with immediate manager directly or if not another manager, HR department or Legal & Compliance department.
You can also make a report through our Ethics Hotline, either by phone or through web submission. After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. The Ethics Hotline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Ethics Hotline is administered by a specialist third party and contributes to safeguard confidentiality. If you wish to report anonymously you can do so by using Ethics Hotline service.
