Reports made anonymously may not trigger the protections afforded nor mandate investigation through whistleblowing legislation in certain regions. However, Arups case handlers operate within strict guidelines and processes to preserve confidentiality, and Arup will investigate all reports including those made anonymously even where there is no legislative requirement and full anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
