The refreshed Business Integrity Code of Practice clarifies expectations on gifts and hospitality, and strengthens our Speak Up commitments, so that disclosures are made in good faith are protected and acted on promptly. Speak Up is our global whistleblowing tool – it provides a safe and publicly available channel for anyone who works with us, or for us, to disclose confidentially (and anonymously if they require) any concerns they have about the conduct of our business.
