It is important to follow up on questions or concerns submitted to the Speak Up line. This allows you to retrieve questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by the investigation team. To follow up on an existing disclosure, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your concern.

What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?
Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these disclosures, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new disclosure. Mention in the new disclosure that it is related to a disclosure you previously filed.
