After you submit a concern, the Global Compliance Team will assess and allocate the matter to appropriate team for further investigations wherever required. The initial review and allocation may take-up few days before next steps are followed.

The investigating team may contact you if further information is required. If you choose to remain anonymous and have not signed-up for email notification a message will be left for you on the system. Please visit the case at regular intervals using the Case ID and password created upon submission using the Follow-up option for any additional information requested.

We understand you may look for a speedy outcome of the investigation, but investigations take time. We will priorities issues where there is harm to any individual.

After the investigation is completed, the investigator will close the case and update the database. If and where possible, the investigator will provide you with summary feedback.
