Notification
This system enables reports and can be used by employees, former employees and third parties (in particular suppliers, customers and other interested parties).
This LISI reporting system is reserved for reports concerning:
- A crime or offence (including reports of crimes or offences relating to the following areas: human rights violations, corruption and/or influence peddling, harassment or discrimination, violence, threats and other serious personal attacks, financial malfeasance and/or accounting falsifications, quality falsifications and/or concealment of quality risks, environmental damage, property damage, fraud, risks to the security of information and/or information systems)
- A threat or harm to the general interest
- A violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of an international commitment duly ratified or approved by France, a unilateral act of an international organization taken on the basis of such a commitment, a law, a regulation or European Union law
- Any other facts that should fall within the scope of such an alert system under current national law.
Reports that do not fall into the above categories are not processed and are deleted after notification of the sender.
LISI protects whistleblowers: If there is any hesitation, the whistleblower should know that LISI has a policy of non-retaliation and does not tolerate that a person who has reported a breach in good faith may be reproached in any way.
