Our Code of Ethics

Speak-Up is a critical element of the LivaNova Compliance Program. This site allows for confidential and anonymous reporting, or to request guidance or training with respect to LivaNova policies, or report suspected violations of law, LivaNova's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct or related policies.

By keeping a record of your report key and password you can check the status of your inquiry or report and respond to any requests for additional information. LivaNova prohibits retaliation against any employee who raises a compliance issue or concern in good faith.

Speaking up or asking difficult questions is not always easy to do. As human beings, we like to maintain a sense of comfort and security, and don't like to be the bearer of bad news. We also don't want to be viewed negatively for asking a question, and may worry about retaliation.

LivaNova's Ethics Helpline, managed by an independent third party, provides the company's employees, business partners, customers, and other stakeholders around the globe a resource for asking questions or voicing concerns regarding compliance and ethics related matters.
