Ricoh Group Ethics and Compliance Portal is the Ricoh Group reporting platform. It provides a confidential channel via the telephone or internet to raise suspicions or concerns of a possible breach of our Code of Conduct, our policies or law.
Ricoh Group Ethics and Compliance Portal is administered by an independent company (NAVEX), and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can accommodate calls in our local languages. When voicing concerns, you have the option to remain anonymous, where allowed by local law.
Ricoh Group encourages speaking up to the channel you are most comfortable, such as your direct manager, another member of management, HR, Legal, or Compliance team.

Once you submit a question or concern via the phone or web, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on your submission. Each situation that has been reported will be investigated in accordance with applicable policy of Ricoh Group.
Are reports to Ricoh Group Ethics and Compliance Portal secure and confidential?Ricoh Group uses NAVEX's EthicsPoint case management application to support the administration of Ricoh Group Ethics and Compliance Portal . EthicsPoint is hosted on NAVEX's secure servers and is not part of Ricoh’s website or Intranet. Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible.
Ricoh does not tolerate any form of disadvantageous treatment such as retaliation against anyone for making a genuine report. We consider acts of disadvantageous treatment to be misconduct.
