You have the choice of raising your concerns either:

  1. Anonymously: this means we will not know who you are, cannot see your contact details and will not take any deliberate steps to identify you. We can still communicate with you through the myVoice anonymous messaging system. Reporting anonymously may limit our ability to resolve and/or investigate your concerns.
  2. Confidentially: by doing so, you consent for us disclosing your identity where we consider it to be necessary, including to resolve or investigate the concerns, or to support and protect you, or if legally required or permitted to do so. Any concerns around identification can be discussed with the BCO, who will endeavour to resolve the identification concern in a way reporters are comfortable with.

Once your report is submitted, a member of the Business Conduct Office will contact you to understand your concern properly, answer questions, explain next steps and the support available to you. When you submit a report, via the web or by phone, a Report Key and password will be provided. You can use this to check for any follow-up information, provide additional details about your case or review the accuracy of your report. Please keep your Report Key and password information safe.

We know that raising a concern can be confronting and challenging. We encourage you, to the extent you are comfortable to do so, to contact your leader, HR, local Employee Assistance Program, or our Peer Support network for support. Further information can be found in the myVoice Standard.

In going ahead and submitting your report via mobile, phone or online, you acknowledge that you understand the important information above and consent that Business Conduct office will use the reported information, including your identity if you choose to report confidentially, in line with the myVoice Standard and as we deem appropriate to investigate or resolve your concerns, support you and /or protect you.
