If you suspect a violation of our Code of Conduct, Company policies, laws, or regulatory requirements, please report it immediately. We provide various reporting options, including this report line, to make speaking up easier. We assure you that Your Voice will be heard.
You can use Your Voice to ask questions or raise concerns about the Company's Code of Conduct or ethical behaviour. However, other reporting options may be more appropriate depending on the issue. For instance, if you are concerned about the time and attendance, rostering or performance rating process, you should follow the Company's grievance procedures or speak to your HRBP unless illegal, improper, or unethical behaviour is involved.

EthicsPoint will document your concerns and send a report to the Company. We handle reports confidentially and, to the extent possible, maintain the confidentiality of individuals reporting potential violations or assisting with investigations.
The Company's Compliance team reviews all reports and collaborates with other departments to address them following established procedures. Please follow up on your report (using the unique code provided) to check our response. We respect everyone involved in an investigation, so the information we can provide may vary depending on the situation.
We encourage you to report legitimate concerns. We will not act against anyone reporting a suspected violation in good faith (i.e., believing it is true). The Company does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a potential violation. Individuals engaging in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action.
