What is Bolton Speak Up?
The Bolton Speak Up enables Bolton employees and others to raise concerns or dilemmas, or to seek advice on a matter related to compliance with the law and our Code of Conduct, in full confidence and without fear of retaliation. The Bolton Speak Up is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This facility is not for customer service complaints or enquiries.
How to use the Bolton Speak Up?
You can submit a report through web or telephone in multiple languages. Please click above links to report a concern online or via telephone. Alternatively, you may consult your manager, HR or Compliance to share a concern.
What happens if I report a concern via the Bolton Speak Up?
Your report will be passed on to authorized persons dedicated within Bolton, who will review your submission and will determine further action, including referral for investigation by a professional internal investigator. Investigations are fact based, conducted in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Bolton investigation policy.
Commitment to non-retaliation
Bolton will not tolerate any form of retaliation directed against anyone who raises a concern in good faith about a possible violation of the Bolton Code of Conduct. In fact, any act of threat of retaliation will be treated as a serious Code of Conduct violation, and is subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
Commitment to anonymity and confidentiality
When reporting a concern you will be asked if you wish to share your identity. Although we encourage you to “Speak Up” freely and share your identity, anonymous reports will be accepted. All good faith concerns you report will be kept confidential, consistent with law and good business practices.
