Gurīn Energy is committed to operating with honesty, integrity and respect for all. If you see or suspect that an employee, partner or other third party of Gurīn Energy has breached our Code of Conduct, policies or applicable laws and regulations, it is important that you Speak Up.

The Speak Up portal is offered for all employees and external stakeholders to raise concerns about any suspected breaches. The Speak Up portal is operated by an independent third-party called NAVEX, and is available 24/7.

There are three channels available of the Speak Up portal to report your concerns – Online, QR Code or Phone. The reporting channels are available in multiple languages and you can report your concerns anonymously, if you choose to.

What You Need to Know


What is the Speak Up portal?

The Speak Up portal is an independent third-party operated confidential channel for employees, contractors, suppliers, community members or other third parties to raise concerns that aren’t right or don’t look right to you, such as a breach of Gurin Energy’s Code of Conduct, policies, or applicable laws and regulations.

Is the Speak Up portal anonymous?

When you report a concern via Online, Phone or QR Code you have the option to report anonymously, or provide your identity. The independent third-party NAVEX system does not use any recording or tracking tools that may determine your identity. In some matters, it may be helpful to provide your identity as this may assist to make investigations more efficient.

What happens after I report a concern through the Speak Up portal?

When you submit a report through one of the channels, you will be asked to provide a password, and you will receive a ‘’Report Key’’. To follow up on a submitted report, you will need to access the portal with your password and Report Key. Due to the confidentiality of the system, if you lose or forget your password and Report Key, you will not be able to reset or request a new password. You will need to submit a new report, with reference to the original matter reported.

If I raised a concern, will I be protected from retaliation?

Yes. It is our policy that we offer protection to those who have raised a genuine concern, provided that the disclosure is made in good faith and there are reasonable grounds for believing that the information disclosed may indicate a breach of our Code of Conduct, policies, or applicable laws and regulations. If you are concerned about retaliation, then report your concerns through the Speak Up portal.
