What is Mavi Ethics Line?
Mavi Ethics Line is Mavi’s reporting channel. Mavi Ethics Line is administered by an independent company (NAVEX), which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a comprehensive and confidential channel through which you can ask questions, report actual and suspected misconduct and raise concerns about legal regulations, ethical principles or Mavi’s Code of Conduct (Mavi’s People and Its Principles), internal policies and procedures.
What happens after I contact Mavi Ethics Line?
Once you submit a question or concern via the phone or web, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on your report. Each situation that has been reported will be investigated in accordance with Mavi’s Whistleblower Policy.
Are reports to Mavi Ethics Line secure and confidential?
Mavi uses NAVEX's EthicsPoint case management application to support the administration of Mavi Ethics Line. EthicsPoint is hosted on NAVEX's secure servers and is not part of Mavi’s website or Intranet and any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible consistent with law and good business practices.
What is Mavi's stance on retaliation?
Mavi does not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone for making a genuine report. Mavi protects the confidentiality of persons who report violations and ensures that no retaliation is made to the reporters due to these notifications. Mavi does not tolerate potential retaliation for those who report it. Our commitment to such is stated in our Code of Conduct (Mavi’s People and Its Principles).
Who else can I speak to?
Mavi encourages speaking up to the channel you are most comfortable, such as your line manager, another member of management, a relevant supporting function such as Legal and Compliance or HR. We recognize, however, that there may be circumstances when you are not comfortable doing this. Reporting concerns through NAVEX allows you to remain anonymous, should you choose to do so.
What should I do if I lose or someone else take possession of my Report Key or password?
The report key and/or password shared with you are only shared with you, and if this information is learned by someone else, your privacy may be compromised. Because of the high level of confidentiality that is maintained for reports, if you lose your report key or password, you will be required to file a new report. You can mention in the new report that this matter relates to another report you filed earlier.
