Dear Colleagues,

As our business continues to grow and diversify in EMEA, I wanted to remind you all on the importance of both legal and regulatory compliance, as well as the need to understand and apply our brand values in everything we do, in particular ‘Do the Right Thing’.

As you all know, it is critically important that we all ensure our activities, both individually and collectively, are compliant . We are re-energising our initiative and enhancing our processes to support this goal, and I am pleased to be able to announce the launch of an updated website and system to support the whistle blowing initiative in EMEA. I would like to encourage you all to use it if you feel there is anything you see, hear or experience in your work that you feel is in conflict with our values or indeed legal and regulatory compliance.

We must not shy away or try to hide bad news or bad practice, we need to act fast and take swift action to correct it within a culture of openness and confidence to do so.
