Before You Call:

Please ensure you are in an environment that is safe to talk and where you will remain available for the duration of the call. This may take 10-20 minutes depending on the level of detail you provide.

Please ensure you are reporting a concern that meets the reporting guidelines as set out in the User Guide located in your country/territory's HSBC Confidential notification on the HSBC Speak Up intranet site.

Please note certain restrictions might apply on mobile networks, if you are unable to connect please dial out from a fixed-line or alternatively we encourage you to report online where possible.

About the Service:

Once you have dialled the number for the country/territory in which you are located, you will be directed to an automated system where you will hear the standard greeting messages. You may also have the option to select an alternative language. You will then be directed to a 24/7 call handler to raise your concern.

Please note that where required an interpreter may also be connected to the call. This may increase the call duration.
