Our Commitment

SANRU ASBL is an organization that puts the values of responsibility and integrity at the forefront. Our Code of Conduct contains the general guidelines applicable to the exercise of our activities in accordance with the strictest ethical rules.

SANRU ASBL is committed to preserving an environment in which frank and honest communications are the norm and not the exception. We want you to feel free to speak to your supervisor or management if you ever believe that policies or standards have been broken.

If you prefer to report anonymously in confidentiality, we recommend that you use this helpdesk hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. We encourage you to report any violations of the values described in our Code of Conduct, to seek advice from us on our policies and procedures, and to share your testimonies and constructive suggestions with us.

If you request it, the information you provide will be transmitted to us by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential and anonymous basis. We promise to pay attention to your comments.

Dear user, this platform is secure and confidential and allows you to report your complaint or concern about behavior that is contrary to the ethical values of Sanru Asbl; your report will not cause you any harm and all information you provide will be treated confidentially.

Report an incident

To report behavior that is inconsistent with the values of Sanru ASBL, you can choose one of the following methods:

Your report is confidential and protected. No retaliation will be tolerated.

Once your report is submitted, you will receive a unique code called a “reporting key.” Write down your reporting key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 to 6 business days, use your reporting key and password to check any comments or questions regarding your report.
