THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SPEAK UP

  • Is it Confidential? Yes. Speak Up is Petrofac’s confidential reporting helpline available to employees, contractors, suppliers and customers and any other third parties. We encourage everyone involved with Petrofac, whether or not an employee, to Speak Up if they have any concerns involving potential unethical behavior or a possible violation of our Code of Conduct.
  • Am I protected against retaliation if I speak up? Yes. Petrofac has Zero Tolerance to Retaliation. Anyone can report such concerns in complete confidence and without fear of retaliation. However, knowingly providing false or misleading information will not be tolerated either.
  • Who should I report concerns to? If you are an employee of Petrofac, we advise you to raise your concern through the channel you are most comfortable with, such as your line management, HR, Legal or Compliance. However, if you are not an employee or you are an employee who does not feel comfortable reporting the concern in that manner, the Speak Up Hotline will provide you with a safe and confidential alternative for reporting the concern.
  • What happens after I raise the concern? Once you submit a concern via the Speak Up web Intake Form, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow-up on your submission. A summary is sent to Petrofac’s Compliance team for review and to determine further action.
  • How does it work? The service can be accessed via the web by filling out a form when you click on Report or by phone when you click on Call. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • What is Ethics Point and Who is NAVEX? Ethics Point is a third-party company providing the comprehensive and confidential reporting tool that we call the Speak Up Hotline. The Speak Up Hotline is managed by NAVEX to assist management and employees in working together to address noncompliance with the Code of Conduct or local laws, all while cultivating a safe and positive work environment.
