Ennovi Ethics Hotline
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is Ennovi Ethics Hotline?

  • Ennovi Ethics Hotline is a reporting tool created by NAVEX that allows anyone to report misconduct, suspected or actual violation of our company’s Code of Business Conduct or company policies or procedures, or actual or suspected violations of laws and regulations.

Why has Ennovi contracted with NAVEX for reporting of concerns?

  • Our employees are our most important asset. By creating open channels of communication, we can promote a positive work environment and maximize productivity.
  • If our employees come across a situation that indicates an actual or suspected violation of the law, regulations or our company’s Code of Business Conduct, or company policies or procedures, we believe that the quickest way for the concerns to be addressed is to speak to their supervisor or manager or representatives from the Human Resources or Legal Departments.
  • However, we recognize that there may be times when our employees may feel uncomfortable speaking with someone locally, or if they are not satisfied that their concerns have been adequately addressed. In such instances, our employees can always use our Ennovi Ethics Hotline.
  • Ennovi Ethics Hotline is operated by NAVEX , an independent third-party specialized in providing secure, confidential phone and web reporting services. (Please note: Confidential reporting may be prohibited in some countries)
  • Ennovi Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and NAVEX provides translation services for individuals reporting in languages other than English.

Why should I report what I know?

  • We all have the right to work in a positive environment and with that right comes the responsibility of acting in an ethical manner and letting the appropriate people know if someone is not acting appropriately. By working together, we can maintain a healthy and productive environment. Corporate misconduct can threaten the livelihood of an entire company.

May I report my concern anonymously?

  • You are encouraged to provide your contact information when making a report. Doing so will allow Ennovi to proceed with investigations quickly and thoroughly as possible. If you identify yourself, efforts will be made to maintain your confidentiality and the information you provide will be treated as confidential and privileged to the extent permitted by law. Ennovi will not tolerate any retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or assists with an investigation.
  • If you wish to remain anonymous, you may do so if permitted by your country’s laws and regulations.

Where do these reports go? Who can access them?

  • Reports are entered directly on the Ennovi Ethics Hotline secure server to prevent any possible breach in security. Ennovi Ethics Hotline makes these reports available only to specific individuals within the company who are charged with evaluating and investigating the report, based on the type of violation and location of the incident.

What if my boss or other managers are involved in a violation? Won’t they get the report and start a cover-up?

  • The Ennovi Ethics Hotline system and report distribution are designed so that implicated parties are not notified or granted access to reports in which they have been named.

How can I monitor progress on my reported concern?

  • When you file a report at the Ennovi Ethics Hotline Web site or through the call center, you will receive a report key and will be asked to create a password. Please use the report key and password to access, monitor progress and submit additional information as may be needed from you to address your concern.

What should I do if I lose my report key and password?

  • Because submitted reports are confidential, if you lose your report key or password, you will be required to re-submit your concern. You can mention in the resubmitted concern that your new release relates to a prior concern that you had raised.
