Follow-up on an existing report
It is important to follow up on any report you submit. This allows you to communicate with us, provide additional information, and review any status updates. To follow up on your submitted report, please enter the provided report key and the password you created when you initially submitted your report. If you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new submission that it is related to a concern you previously filed and provide as much information as possible relating to the previous report.
