Our Commitment

Otsuka in Europe shares a deep commitment to adhering to the highest standards of ethics, compliance and integrity in every activity, interaction and decision. We have a responsibility to our patients, customers, business associates, employees and the world at large to adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies.

Otsuka in Europe aims to encourage openness and we encourage everyone to ask questions or report any concerns that they believe put our patients, our people or our business at risk. These concerns may be about actual or suspected fraudulent, unethical or unlawful conduct you have witnessed. Your concern will be handled in a confidential manner in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

If you do not feel comfortable making a report locally or if you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this confidential reporting platform, hosted by an independent third party hotline provider. The online site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to employees and external third parties, and provides you the phone numbers to use the hotline if you prefer.

Otsuka has zero tolerance for retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith. If you feel you have suffered any such treatment you should immediately inform us.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2-3 business days, you will be able to use your report key and password to follow its evolution as well as communicate, if needed, with the individuals responsible for managing your report confidentially.
