Our goal is to generate high value added in the interest of our employees and society as a whole. This must always be done in compliance with the legal and ethical framework and the rules and regulations at CURRENTA Group and its subsidiaries (Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG, Chemion Logistik GmbH, der TECTRION GmbH, der Netcur GmbH, der Currenta Beteiligungen KG und der Ausbildungsinitiative Rheinland GmbH, hereinafter jointly referred to as "CURRENTA Group").
This requires the safety of our services, products and plants, the respect of human rights and environmental due diligence as well as compliance with regulations and the law. Compliance enables us to translate our mission into good business results.
Every employee is responsible for ensuring that his or her actions comply with these principles. This applies to employees at all levels, in all parts of the company and even if an employee of CURRENTA Group works outside Germany.
Every employee has a duty to observe the applicable company-specific and statutory regulations in his or her professional activities. Our Corporate Compliance Guideline serves as a basis and orientation aid.
Open and honest communication is a decisive basis for this. It should be the rule, not the exception. We want you to be able to contact your supervisor or management in cases where you believe that violations of laws, guidelines or standards have occurred.
