What is the Ethics Line?
The Ethics Line is a 24x7 reporting channel via telephone and Internet to raise concerns regarding violations of our Code of Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, our internal policies or the law in all our local languages.
Are the reports to the Ethics Line secure and confidential?
All the information shared is confidential. You can help us protect confidentiality by being discreet and not discussing your report with your colleagues or anyone else.
Who receives my reports?
The reports are received by the ECCBC Group Ethics and Compliance Committee, an independent and autonomous body. You can find more information regarding the Committee in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Can I report anonymously?
In countries where is permitted by the law the Ethics Line allows to remain 100% anonymous. We encourage honest reporting and we do not tolerate knowingly false reports. False accusation may also violate our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Who administers the Ethics Line?
The Ethics Line is administered by NAVEX Global, a supplier who provides ECCBC Group with this platform designed to ensure confidentiality and anonymity, in case you chose to remain anonymous.
Can I be retaliated?
The Company strictly prohibits retaliation of any kind against anyone who shares a good-faith report or participate in a Code investigation. Retaliation against reporters is treated as a violation of our Code of Business Conduct and consequently may lead to disciplinary measures.
