Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these reports, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously submitted.
It is important to follow up on the questions or concerns you have submitted to the Repsol Ethics & Compliance Channel. This allows you to retrieve the questions, answers, and case updates posted by Repsol's Case Managers. To follow up on an existing question or concern, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your question or concern.
